The role holder will be the subject matter expert who will coach and provide support and guidance to Outsource Partners To work in partnership with key stakeholders, including Outsource Managers and Outsource Partner operational leads, to achieve best practice operational management and achieve agreed targets Drive process improvement efforts with impact beyond own scope based on knowledge of call center management and relevant operational area and is recognized as an expert by Outsource Partner(s) Responsible for championing the advisor and customer experience alike, driving forward initiatives and implementing partner-specific change Propose and drive new solutions to business issues and ensure key Partner issues are resolved Support Outsource Manager(s) and Partner with data, process and technology changes to enable these teams to meet their goals
