Presently i am working on “Native Methanotrophic Bacterial Consortium for Mitigation of Methane Flux from Rice Ecosystem”. A project sponsored by DBT, GOI at Anand, Gujarat * Worked on isolation, molecular characterization, mass production as well as efficacy testing of agriculturally beneficial bacteria useful as biofertilizer and biopesticide * During M.Sc. research carried out survey, isolation, Diversity and characterization of native Rhizospheric fluorescent Pseudomonas and their biocontrol potential against some soil borne fungal pathogens * During Ph. D research engaged in characterization of Pseudomonas, its compatibility with some botanicals and development of enriched formulation of biocontrol agent fortified with phyto-extracts followed by its efficacy for biocontrol of root knot nematodes and soil borne fungal pathogens under laboratory, pot and field conditions * As a part of duty as Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in Novozymes South Asia Pvt. Ltd. funded project carried out field trials for testing Bioefficacy of Metarhizium anisopliae based on Bioinsecticide, Met52 EC for control of sucking pest complex in Chilli crops at AAU * Worked on DBT project carried out preparation of native endophytic PGPB consortium and metabolite formulations useful as biofertilizer cum biopesticides as per patented technology of AAU. Developed four fortified formulation of PGPR consortium with micronutrients for sustainable crop production and tested their efficacy in laboratory as well as in field on wheat rice and Bajra crops * As a part of duty as Research Fellow in AMC funded project carried out microbial quality testing hygienized sewage sludge of Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation and compatibility testing of hygienized sewage sludge with PGPB consortium formulations followed by Developed fortified formulation of hygienized sludge with PGPB consortium with its efficacy testing under field trial conditions on tomato, wheat and potato
