Deepak Pareek has around 8.5 years of experience in advising clients on direct tax matters (corporate taxation, domestic taxation, and international taxation). Deepak has also represent clients before various income tax authorities, and appellate authorities. He has experience in advising large multinational clients and advising them on complicated direct tax matters, including matters on international taxation (permanent establishment exposure, royalty, fees for technical services, employment taxation, etc.) Deepak is well versed with the US tax laws and tax returns and has helped clients in preparation, and filing of US tax returns (individual and business) Deepak also has experience in advising clients regarding crypto taxation, crypto bookeeping and accounting. He has also advised tax-effective structures for undertaking a particular business transaction, tax due diligence assignments, mergers, demergers, slump sales, transfer of shares, etc. Deepak has advised client across various industry sector including real estate, defence, manufacturing, IT, etc. Further, Deepak has advised clients on personal taxation issues including expatriate and HNI (high net worth individuals) taxation. Deepak is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (equivalent to CPA, US) and a law degree holder from University of Rajasthan.
