Cyber Threat Researcher and Hunter. I have the expertise in tracking APT groups by understanding their attack pattern and behavior. I began my journey handling cyber security incidents and have exposure to ELK, EDR, SOAR, SIEM, AV, sandboxing solutions and O365. I currently work as Senior Principal Security Researcher at QuickHeal Seqrite Labs. Prior to which I was a Lead Manager in IT Security Operations for Infosys Ltd. Knowledge and experience ranges from cyber threat research, threat hunting, malware reverse engineering, incident response and cyber threat intelligence.* Implementation of MITRE ATT & CK Navigator to track the complexity in the techniques adopted by attackers, building various unsupervised ML jobs for threat hunting (threat forecasting/prediction) are a few key jobs done for Information Security Group.* Trained members of the Indian Ministry of Home Affairs as well as the Ministry of External Affairs in enhancing the Nation’s cyber defensive and detection skills.* Trained the WorldSkills (India) contenders for Cyber Security competitions * Have presented at various conferences on security aspects of IoT, TH, TI, MnR, etc.* Received appreciations for implementing a good TH process from Dr. Gulshan Rai (Distinguished Member at ORF and Chief Information Security Officer at the Prime Minister’s Office, Government of India). Academic knowledge extends from Digital Forensics; Forensic Data Recovery, Web Application Security, Handwriting Identification, Crime Scene Investigation, Bioinformatics; Database construction and tools development. Possess technical and practical knowledge pertinent to secure data in network, incident reporting as well as in web application. In addition, underwent training for CCNA and internship in ASA Security. Software adeptness across all major platforms: Mac OS Sequoia, BackTrack 5 (Metasploit), Kali Linux, FireEye's Threat Pursuit and maintained expertise in the rapidly evolving field of Large Language Models, with experience in testing and analyzing various models and applications like Ollama, and by ensuring a deep understanding of their capabilities and limitations, I consider myself well-updated in the edge of todays’ world.
