At present my job profile is as under: • Monitor receivables and payables on day to day basis. • Maintaining General Ledger. • Checking petty cash/ receipt vouchers • Preparing payroll • Reconciling Group company's account • Internal audit for materials • All the bank reconciliations on monthly basis. • Reconciling receivables and payables account on monthly basis. • Checking and recording all the purchase invoices with LPO's and MRV's • Preparing in-house MIS to management on monthly basis ie age analysis for receivables, age analysis for payables, labour cost, administrative overheads, bank borrowing statement etc. In the same company few years worked in warehouse as warehouse assistant handed following jobs. Preparing LPO,MRV. Quarterly, half yearly, yearly taking physical stock of raw materials and finished stocks Preparing DO, and invoices To control sequential LPOs, check and verify long outstanding LPOs. To maintain all suppliers’ files, maintain contracts and other payments related to contracts. To review the supplier outstanding statement and coordinate with Materials Manager. Any discrepancies to be followed up with the supplier in writing. To ensure timely payment to suppliers with reconciled statement of accounts Material receiving, Material identification, Issue to considering department on correct to vendor & its reconciliation (job Work) Material inward & outward, Control; & monitoring, recording, Warehousing, Outward logistic, inventory control, Material planning through Reorder Level, Safety stock for regular consumables. Daily job assignment control & monitoring, Stock variance analysis & explanation.
