Around 16+ years of overall IT experience. Over 15+ Years of experience in PeopleSoft Cloud Migration, Support, Upgrade and Implementation across HCM, FSCM and Campus Solution products. Have good understanding of the overall Enterprise estate – Database, Networks / firewalls, IT Infrastructure and Security. As part of current role, I need to interact with all these teams to plan cloud migration and effectively support the ERP application. Have architected custom solutions to various problems which were not out-of-the box in PeopleSoft. Developed several SOAP and REST based integrations to perform data exchange between PeopleSoft and 3rd party applications. Developed and architected data migration strategies during implementation phase to import data from Legacy applications to ERP (PeopleSoft Application). Expert and hands-on knowledge on PeopleSoft PeopleTools, Integration Technologies, Administration (Infrastructure planning and Support), Oracle Database, Scripting and Automation, Implemented Jenkins to manage PeopleSoft Services using a central web portal. This was later moved on to MS Azure Devops. Experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure – OCI. Wrote OCI functions to manage resources shutdown and startup schedule to reduce cost and effective utilisation of resources. Developed automation scripts in Python to automate Java, WebLogic and other mid-tier patching across 50+ Windows servers. Thus, freeing up team’s capacity and resulting in increase of productivity by 30%. Integrated MS Azure Devops with Power BI using Analytics Views to build dashboards around Capacity Planning, Team Workload, and other various Delivery Metrics. Developed a Rewards and Recognition portal using MS SharePoint and Power Automate to nominate, approve, and maintain Monthly awards for the account. Experience in Agile/SCRUM model & SDLC – Requirement Gathering & Analysis, Design, Coding, Code reviews, Configuration control, Efforts Estimations, Providing Technical Solutions and Performance Tuning Excellent Presentation, Communication & Team Management capabilities.
