Head of Operations (COO), Director and Audit & Risk Committee member in a top tier global Group, I play a key role in the organisation's ongoing transformation and strategic delivery. My 14+ years with Ocorian (formerly ABAX) has been nothing short of transformative, propelling us from a local startup to a global powerhouse (20 locations, 1500+ employees, market leader). As part of the Senior Leadership team, I collaborate closely with the local MD and Global Head of Operations, executing cutting-edge strategies and driving operational excellence to boost productivity, revenue and EBITDA. We're committed to sustainable success through world-class processes, tailor-made client service, and fostering a culture where employees are empowered to innovate, grow and be fully engaged. I have led large, multi-disciplinary and multi-generational teams of 100+ professionals, delivering excellent services to internal and external clients across multiple jurisdictions and sectors. My experience in client service includes acting as director and chairing board meetings for global businesses and funds.
