I have been responsible for value preposition, zero HR cost, 110% productivity with no surprises, deploying manpower at multi location, Work load & work force analysis, increase productivity of employees and create high profitability. I have been the custodian of discipline and created high standards of performance to maintain organization structure and ratios at different levels for a performance driven culture.
