Deepak is a Supply chain professional with 12+ years experience in cost control, model costing, Strategic Sourcing and Central Purchase roles for Leading OEM's of India. Deepak has completed his MBA from Deakin University, Australia and also holds PG Diploma in operations and supply chain management from IMT Ghaziabad.* Currently Deepak is working with Maruti Suzuki India Limited ( Automotive) as Deputy General Manager in Cost Control Department and his key responsibilities include team management, Target costing (components, dies, assembly lines, Special purpose machines, poka yoke controls, testing and, development expenses), Model costing, Cost control and Negotiation.* Prior to joining Maruti Suzuki, Deepak worked with Hero MotoCorp Ltd (largest Two Wheeler manufacturer in the world) and JCB India Limited (largest manufacturer of Construction Machinery in India) in Strategic Sourcing & Supply chain roles.* Deepak is having experience in cost estimations and sourcing of following product categories: Interior & Exterior Plastics (molded, painted, IMD, IMG, and plated), sunroof, Mirrors, Ambient lighting, Interior lamps, Roof lining, Luggage boards, Parcel shelf, Roof Rails, other Electrical & Electronics proprietary parts.* Deepak is having core expertise in following Manufacturing processes: Injection Molding, Gas assisted IM, Secondary processing of Plastics, Filtration system, IMD, Al extrusion and bending, Special Purpose Machines, Manufacturing of Injection Molds, Vacuum Forming, TCM and Blow Molding.* For more details, write to deepak180792@gmail.com
