About Deepak Singla

I have close to 21 years of experience in systems analysis, design, development and implementation in web related environment. My experience is centered primarily in managing and developing Java/J2EE/Mobile Applications. I have leveraged my expertise with vendor-specific languages and APIs, and connection models to implement solutions for application integration. I have also designed core infrastructure libraries and interfaces to simplify migration and connectivity of legacy applications to the J2EE platform. Over a period of time, I have played important roles of managing the customer programs end to end, participated in several RFP initiatives for different programs, participating in performance enhancements, helped in process conceptualization and managing a team of close to 65-70 resources. Participating in these activities has helped me to gain a good insight in contract/proposal writing, understanding the project requirements, designing an optimal solution, estimation, staffing, cost derivation and customer management.
