I have over thirteen years of experience in marketing management, and I am passionate about creating and executing innovative branding and product strategies that deliver value to customers and stakeholders. I have a strong background in product portfolio management, advertising and promotion effectiveness, and marketing research and analysis. I hold an MBA in Marketing from Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth. Currently, I am working as a Marketing Manager at Halonix Technologies Pvt. Limited, a leading manufacturer of LED lighting products in India. At Halonix, my responsibilities include managing the product life cycle of the products and analyzing the inputs from multiple sources, including market trends and competitive activity. I also develop and manage marketing campaigns across print and broadcast media to ensure that the products meet customer expectations and build the credibility of the brand. I have successfully launched a media campaign for the brand that improved the penetration and frequency of purchase of the product. I have also demonstrated my skills in pricing and profitability management, maintaining the top and bottom line for products across the life cycle. I am always eager to learn new skills and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve the best results.
