Extremely passionate about leading IT function to achieve Organizational Excellence and Enterprise Leadership by eliminating technical blockers, enhancing security postures, implementing best practices and delivering business outcomes. • Collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve dependencies and seamless delivery, apprise leadership of the progress inline the organization objectives. • Constantly collaborate with technical architects, Engineering leads, Quality engineering, Production support, Product owners, Observability and Customer experience teams to deliver business outcomes. • Co-ordinate and sync-up between global teams including Product and Technology while participating in Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Scrum Calls. • Provide technical solutions on Cloud and DevOps technologies like AWS, Microsoft Azure, Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, Git, Bitbucket, Kubernetes & Docker • Identifying areas for improvement in Technology stack and implementing changes to enhance service quality. • Identifying and mitigating potential risks and implementing cloud best practices. • Participate in ITSM activities like incident, change, problem and service request management to minimize downtime and business impact as per ITSM standards. • Collaborating with team members and stakeholders to determine project goals, project scope, and deliverables, ensuring that they align with business objectives. • Supporting the development team in various ways, such as removing obstacles and bottlenecks that delay progress, allocating resources as needed, and escalating major issues as necessary. • Building self-motivated, high-performant and disciplined teams through continuous mentoring and guidance along with setting up of realistic stretch goals.
