I have a total IT experience of 18.5 years into software development and delivery of projects of which latter 14.5 years I am working as a Product Owner/ Business Analyst. Efficient customer engagement, requirements elicitation and analysis, and solution design have been my core competencies. • Last 10+ years I have been working on Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance domain areas. • I effectively lead the projects and articulate project details to various stakeholders. • Currently, I am working with JPMC in the Workflow Solutions area, responsible for increasing Wholesale Lending Services (WLS) Operations team efficiency by developing solutions through the Aurora Studio Workflow forms and Camunda process flow (BPMN) integrated with inbound and outbound systems. • Currently, working on Covenant Monitoring Automation (CMA), considered as a Big Rock program, wherein the WLS Document Intake, Credit Monitoring and Financial Statement Spreading processes are getting automated for the bank’s LOBs. • Successfully delivered MVP+ for Financial Spreading Workflow - Part of CMA program wherein data extracted by AI LLM is displayed to the user on the Workflow form for Human validation. On validation, the spread details are submitted to the Spreading application. • Successfully delivered Early Warning Signals (EWS) Workflow which becomes an input in the form of API Payloads to third party CRISIL EWS application for processing of EWS triggers to give early indication of potential fraud from the Borrower. • I am well versed with Credit Risk Capital Regulatory Reporting (sourced data channelled through the Extract Transform and Load (ETL), Calculation and Reporting processes); with Digitization of Life Insurance Product & Lead Management System for Sales channel; with Loan Origination System and with Online Banking. • I am well versed with SAFe Agile way of working and ensure to meet the Release goals. • Understanding the AS-IS process flow and getting it validated with required stakeholders, and then based on the business expectations proceed with building the TO-BE process flows for further correspondence and validation. • I am responsible for Functional testing, System integration testing and proficient in Data analysis using tools such as Microsoft SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, and Microsoft Excel. • I am a Certified Professional Scrum Product Owner I from Scrum.org. • I am a Sun Certified Programmer for the Java 2 Platform 1.4.
