I am an accomplished Delivery and Business leader with over 20 years of wide-ranging experience in Digital Transformation engagements, Delivery and Technology leadership, developing and leading Global CoE and practices, Operations and P&L management, Partner and Alliance management, GTM strategies, Pre-sales and leadership development. I’ve played Regional delivery leadership roles with Valtech and Publicis Sapient and I've led Global Delivery teams at Publicis Sapient during my tenure with them. I've also worked with customers across the world during my time at Fidelity Investments and Tata Consultancy Services. I am entrepreneurially built and Solution oriented and I love to take up complex challenges that need out of the box thinking and nimble, agile, and practical solutions to deliver quicker results. I’ve also setup a Services based startup in Open source technologies in the past, which was a very satisfying experience for me, and anything that is forward looking, growth oriented and has the potential of creating an impact for our clients and our people, excites me. I have a sound understanding of Business, Technology and Experience, and I love digital product development that brings all of this together to create amazing digital products that are Experience led but Technology enabled. Over the course of my career, I’ve led and delivered many large scale and complex Digital engagements and have built high performing teams and leaders driven by Passion and Integrity. In my current role, I lead the delivery of all our work at Valtech in the UAE. As the VP and Head of Delivery at Valtech (MENA) office, I am responsible for the delivery of all our Digital and Technology engagements in the MENA region. With clients in the UAE, KSA, Egypt and Qatar, we have a diverse set of clients in the Middle East that we we are servicing through our local and global teams at Valtech. Most of the engagements revolve around helping the clients transform digitally by having Customer Experience and Design led Web and Mobile presence that are built around the principles of customer centricity. Prior to Valtech, I worked with Publicis Sapient (MENA) where I was responsible for the delivery of all our delivery engagements in the MENA region. Publicis Sapient had some exciting clients across the region and I had a very satisfying experience working with all our clients delivering the right customer value. I've also led global practices on Salesforce and other emerging technologies during my tenure at Sapient.
