About Deepali Bhargava

With over 5 years at Meetingselect and extensive expertise in creating and managing the IT Team, I have the opportunity to contribute across multiple areas — from shaping product vision and technology strategy to strengthening security and leading cross-functional teams. I work closely with talented colleagues across the Netherlands, India, and China, and together we aim to build secure, reliable, and user-focused solutions that support our company’s growth. I help connect business needs with technical solutions, often acting as a product owner, solution architect, and IT leader. I support the development of our product and tech teams, focusing on collaboration, continuous improvement, and scalable delivery. I take care of IT security and compliance, helping ensure our systems and data are protected and resilient. As a member of the Management Team, I contribute to aligning our technology efforts with broader company goals. I also support the adoption of OKRs across the organization, helping teams stay focused and aligned on what matters most. In recent years, I’ve helped integrate newly acquired teams and systems, with a focus on creating one team and one mission.I’m driven by solving meaningful problems, building strong teams, and learning from others — always with an eye on how technology can make a real difference.
