One such achievement was leading a team of 15 quality engineers at Earnest, where I developed and executed comprehensive quality strategies for all Earnest products. Through the implementation of best practices and process improvements, we achieved a remarkable 70% reduction in product defects/incidents. Additionally, I played a key role in the successful launch of Navient's NRI user migration on the Earnest platform, ensuring rigorous testing and validation processes.
