I lead the legal and business ethics function for dsm-firmenich operations - India where I advise the management and internal stakeholders on complex commercial transactions strategic alliances and investments mergers and acquisitions integration processes due diligence commercial contracts corporate laws labour laws corporate governance regulatory compliance and other legal matters. I also chair the Internal Committee under the Prevention of Sexual Harassment Act and serve as a member of the India Executive Committee and the Crisis Management Team. In addition I have successfully completed multiple certifications on leadership communication and emerging technologies to enhance my skills and knowledge.
