I am a legal advisor in Vincitore Real Estate Development UAE, where I have a proven track record of drafting and reviewing various agreements, including those related to supply chains, manufacturing, and joint ventures. I have a BBALLB degree in Law from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, and I am currently pursuing a PG Diploma in Financial and Legal Services from NALSAR University Hyderabad. My core competencies include corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, arbitration, and legal operations innovation. In my role, I provide efficient legal support to other teams on day-to-day matters, such as data protection, labor law, and import/export compliance. I also assist senior counsel in representing the company during arbitrations before High Courts and the Supreme Court. Furthermore, I contribute to legal operations innovation by strategizing and implementing efficient contract management practices, such as negotiating new terms and managing renewals. My experience in the UAE legal landscape positions me to navigate regulations and risks, while my understanding of the MENA region's business environment enables me to explore new markets or partnerships.
