About Deepali Sharma

As a professional - entrepreneur, task manager, analytical thinker, problem solving skills, negotiator & with a strong background of legal knowledge. But that is only the tip of the ice berg. From a commerce background to law the journey has been challenging and yet very rewarding.Coming from a Non- Legal background family had its own challenges but after paving the path for couple of years it only boots my confidence that I made the right decision.Legal education gave me an insight about the lack of legal awareness in the society and encouraged me to do my share. I enthusiastically participated in various rallies and legal awareness programs' arranged by District & National level authorities (DLSA & NLSA).This is also where I got to publish my articles on custodial death & family laws in few of the renowned journals.Introduction to legal Practice opened new doors for legal research & after working as a research inter for criminal and family law projects, I finally got a break as junior advocate.Job as a junior advocate was more related to assisting legal matters but I exceled in research for providing title clearance and document forensics.I stepped in to the corporate world by joining a Multinational legal firm as a legal Attorney where i was now exposed to domestic as well as international laws. All these skills and attributes collected over a period of time have pushed me towards taking up more challenging responsibilities & with the help of my family member & well wisher I started my journey as an entrepreneur providing legal & allied services for companies & corporate clients. With grip on regulations & documentation, company laws still remain my favourite domain but i do indulge myself for more challenging tasks of property disputes, banking related matters, family matters & anything related to legal services where I can apply my hard earned knowledge and skills.
