I am a diligent, assiduous, and competent professional with over 10+ years of pioneering experience in Installation Construction Management, Site Management, Project Management, Client Management, QA/QC, and QHSE. I am ready to take on your project management challenges. My career path has been one of increasing responsibility in handling the many aspects of a variety of commercial developments, including multifamily residencies, retirement communities, healthcare facilities and historic renovations. I have a proven track record in planning, scheduling, contract negotiations, estimating, cost analysis and staff supervision, and my commitment to excellence means I give 100 percent effort every day and will not rest until the job is done right. I am the hardest worker in the room- Manufacturing and installation of static equipment's, installation and maintenance of rotary equipment's. Knowledge of project planning, scheduling and execution. Knowledge in fabrication and erection of pipeline, tanks, structures and vessels. Knowledge of Auto-cad and Isometrics. Having experience as Project Engineer, Process Engineer and as Maintenance Engineer. Having a thorough knowledge in process of Edible / Non Edible Oil production and refinery. Especially in Castor oil and all of its derivatives.
