16 years of experience in Project Planning, Budgeting, Community Mobilization, Institution Building, Programme Implementation, Designing & Implementing CSR Projects. Hands on experience in designing and implementation of Livelihood, Health, Education, Road Safety and Sanitation projects. Good in data interpretation, analysis and report writing. Started career in July 2002 with Orissa Rural Development & Marketing Society (ORMAS) Bhubaneswar. Demonstrated excellence for livelihood development of Bonda & Kondho, one of the most primitive tribes of Odisha while working in Malkangiri, Koraput and Kalahandi (KBK) districts for three and half years. Later joined MART in December 2005 as a consultant and successfully implemented a rural marketing promotional campaign for Tata Shaktee GC sheets in eastern region of India covering Assam, West Bengal, Odisha, Jharkhand and Bihar states. Joined Reliance Industries Limited in May 2006 in Bio fuel operations. Transferred to Reliance Foundation in October 2010. Was instrumental in planning Reliance BIJ (Bharat India Jodo); a comprehensive rural transformation initiative by Reliance Foundation. Had been responsible for operations of Reliance Foundation (Rural Transformation division) in nine clusters of AP, TN, Karnataka, Odisha, Jharkhand and Chhattisgarh. Joined Nalanda Foundation, IL & FS in September 2013 as Regional Head East. Responsible for project designing, financial planning, budgeting, partnership development and implementation of CSR projects of IL & FS Group Companies in Eastern Region of the Country.
