I use multiple sourcing techniques, such as Ceipal, LinkedIn, Career Builder, Resume Library, Facebook, Monster, and Indeed, to find qualified profiles using Boolean search and job postings. I reach out to 80-100 candidates per day through cold calling, email, text message, and voicemail, and manage the interview process, scheduling interviews and taking preparation calls with the candidates. I have successfully sourced, screened, and onboarded candidates for several projects, exceeding the client expectations and satisfaction. I am passionate about helping people find their dream jobs and matching them with the best opportunities in the healthcare sector.
