My career began with a simple goal: to deliver great service and create positive experiences for every person I interacted with. Over the years, this goal has evolved into a passion for leading teams, solving problems, and improving operations. With 3+ years of experience spanning security, government processes, and customer service, I’ve learned how to thrive in dynamic environments where adaptability, quick decision-making, and empathy are key. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, I connect easily with people from diverse backgrounds, which has been instrumental in building trust and resolving conflicts—whether on the frontlines of customer service or while managing teams in high-pressure situations. My Professional Journey I started in fast-paced quick-service restaurants, learning the fundamentals of teamwork, time management, and operational excellence. From there, I transitioned into the security industry, where I took on leadership roles, supervising teams of 4+ security professionals and coordinating responses during critical situations. One of my proudest experiences was with the Government of Nova Scotia, where I helped modernize case management systems, reducing backlogs and improving service delivery for the public. These roles shaped my ability to analyze processes, implement improvements, and lead with integrity. Today, I work with Northeastern Protection Services, continuing to build my expertise in safety, compliance, and leadership, while pursuing my Bachelor of Commerce to deepen my understanding of business operations. Growth & Continuous Learning I’ve always believed that growth is a journey, not a destination. Alongside my academic pursuits, I’ve completed certifications in Microsoft Excel, Financial Management, and Mutual Funds, giving me the tools to approach challenges with a data-driven and strategic mindset. These experiences reflect my drive to stay ahead, continuously improve, and prepare for leadership roles that require both hands-on expertise and analytical thinking.
