As a Consultant at msg global solutions, I apply my expertise in the Re/Insurance domain to deliver innovative and customized solutions for clients across the insurance industry. Alongside my role, I've authored the book "Getting Started with Insurance - A Beginner’s Handbook," with the foreword written by the LIC chairman. I work with a team of talented professionals to analyze business requirements, design and develop software applications, and ensure quality and customer satisfaction. I have a strong background in reinsurance and insurance, having worked as a Business Analyst - Insurance domain at iNube software solutions, as a Reinsurance Underwriter at Universal Sompo General Insurance Co. Ltd. and as an Assistant Manager (Facultative Reinsurance) at J.B. BODA Group, where I handled various types of facultative reinsurance business, negotiated terms and conditions, and managed relationships with brokers and clients. I have done my MBA in insurance and risk management from the National Insurance Academy, Pune. I also hold a Fellowship from the Insurance Institute of India and Broker qualified person certification from the National Insurance Academy. I am passionate about learning and exploring new areas of interest, such as engineering insurance, fire insurance, marine hull/cargo insurance, health insurance, and capital markets. I have been actively investing in the Indian stock markets for the last 7+ years, and I was an early investor in the crypto-space. I am a Certified Public Speaker from Toastmasters International.
