I’m a Selligent certified campaign developer and Marketing Operations Supervisor at Sage Publishing, specialized in creating data driven automated customer journeys that enhances engagement and campaign performance. I lead a team of email and list developers responsible of creating end to end email campaign from html (using Selligent), list (Audience selection, list extraction and segmentation) to journey building, deployment and analytics. I also create web pop-ins for Sage's websites to enhance lead generation and feed data into automated journeys. Beyond campaigns, I manage SurveyMonkey account for Sage which involves building forms, managing governance and user access. I have experience in integrating SurveyMonkey with other platforms using APIs. I leverage Microsoft Power Automate to automate marketing data workflows reducing manual intervention and resources.
