Taking charge of the hotel brand at a significant low, Deepika not only restructured and turned around the hotel brand but also ensured its significant expansion from an 8 property presence to a 47 property presence and launch of 4 sub-brands in a short span of three years. Today, the global hotel chain is counted amongst the topmost international hotel brands in India and a name to reckon with. Deepika's unique insight of Indian hospitality industry and her trailblazer approach also paved a new way of successful franchisee model of management in the hospitality industry in India - a model being followed by many hospitality players and start-ups at present.
