Hello I'm 9 years professional experience holder having diversified experience in Telecom Pre-Sales, Telecom operations, Content Development, and Education industry. Working with big giants like Nokia, Ericsson, and NIIT made me acquire advanced knowhow on the latest telecom technologies and trends by means of webinars, trainings, and self-learning. Here is my experience summary till date- Primary Home Tuitions (British Curriculum)|| January 2020 – December 2021, Dubai As a primary tutor, I've helped students progress in their study and learning by applying effective methods of understanding and problem solving, and prepare effectively for exams or tests- STEAM Educator || Oct 2018 – Feb 2019, Technoplanet Ltd, India As a STEAM educator, I've used technology to promote learning, creativity and collaboration. Also, worked directly with school administration and staff in the development, implementation and evaluation of STEM initiatives and curriculum-Technical Consultant (Learning & Development Specialist)|| Mar 2014 – Dec 2016, NIIT Ltd, Gurgaon, India As a Content developer, I've drafted technical contents for applications and analytics products with diverse difficulty levels as per customer requirements and modified all documentations including PPTs, PDFs, WBTs, etc. Also, delivered training to the customer after the completion of each course followed by many feedback sessions and therefore, update the each course accordingly- Solution Specialist (IMS Solution Specialist)|| Oct 2012 – Mar 2014, Nokia Networks, Noida, India As a Solution specialist, Managed bids and interacted with company division at different levels and globally across different countries, Administered pre-sales activities including SOC preparation, responding to RFI/RFQ/RFP, network solution design, technical clarification and finalisation, and other aspects with the bid team. Also, I've developed and communicated bid strategy, held critical reviews during bid process, and handled risk analysis and possible mitigation strategies Also, I've worked as an Engineer (2nd Level Assurance) from Sept 2011 to Sept 2012 in Ericsson Pvt. Ltd.(EGI), Noida, India and before that as a Solution Engineer in Pre-Sales Team from Mar 2008 to Nov 2010, in Nokia Pvt. Ltd, Gurgaon/Noida, India. I believe that I'm in a position to join any role (permanent/temporary/contract/online/part-time) primarily in Learning and Development, Trainings, Hiring etc. I'm looking for a break here in UK to resume my career and get going thereafter confidently.
