Mind & Body Transformation Coach Co-founder at Fit4Life India Deepika (49 years) has over two decades of experience with organisations and individuals from across multiple sectors like IT-ITES, Hospitality, Retail, FMCG, Pharma, Manufacturing & Financial Services. She provides one-on-one professional services to accelerate an individual’s health and performance, bringing sustainable change in their lives. Deepika’s entrepreneurial journey began in 2012, when she founded Fit4Life India, a company based in Hyderabad, Telangana. She transitioned from a high-profile corporate career into the world of nutrition to battle her obesity related issues. She was able to healthily and sustainably reverse her metabolic disorders and also contribute to a healthier India by helping her father share his wealth of nutrition knowledge with Indians across the globe through both online & offline services. She has lost over 25 kgs and has sustained it over 9 years; she also belongs to the elite 1% of the world population who have lost over 20 kgs sustainably, reversed health conditions like diabetes (currently Hba1C is 5), BP, palpitations, knee pains, mood swings, fatigue, psoriasis etc. She has worked with thousands of Indians & her clients range from children to senior citizens from diverse backgrounds which include Doctors, Homemakers, Celebrities, Professionals, Businessmen, Junior, Mid & Senior Corporate Executives, Students, Children etc. She curates customised programs that focus on the client’s wellness orbit, which includes appropriate nutrition, adequate physical activity, improved sleep, & reduced stress and helps them attain a better level of wellness. Along with scientific methods of nutrition, she uses principles from the fields of Neuro Linguistic Programming more specifically Meta & Milton models, Psychometrics, Psychotherapy, Enneagrams and Mindfulness, Breadth Work to accelerate change and achieve desired health and weight loss goals.
