About Deepika Chopra

Deepika offers a uniquely integrated and holistic approach to health fitness and wellbeing. She is undoubtedly one of India’s best qualified globally recognised trainers. She is trained in and practises the widely respected CHEK approach to help her clients achieve their goals. Deepika became a professional trainer 14 years ago when she was bitten by the fitness bug while she prepared for a hiking trip in Europe. She realized how movement helped improve her life and resolved to help others move and live better. Her approach to movement and fitness combines knowledge of functional anatomy with an understanding of the relationships between the musculoskeletal system and the glands organs posture and breathing to create a full picture of the human body. She combines this with a powerful and comprehensive collection of assessments and program design techniques perfected with the CHEK Approach to Exercise. Deepika has trained professional A-level athletes in the Indian GOLF Tennis Cricket Football and Hockey circuits. She has conducted over 150 wellness workshops and has worked with people of all age groups in the general population with special focus on corrective exercise and functional training. Her specialties include helping clients recover from long-term pain and discomfort stabilising and strengthening their bodies and making them fit and functional for life and leisure. Ensuring faster recovery long-term correction of problems and reduced risk of repeat injuries. She is also one of the very few people in India trained in the art of Cranio-Sacral Therapy and Visceral Manipulation. Deepika’s years of practical hands-on experience have helped her develop and hone her instincts which give her an ability to understand what people want and need.
