Experienced an Order Management Specialist having knowledge of working on vector, salesforce,SAP, and using AI for better performance at work. In my current role, I am responsible for the end-to-end process of orders for Google cloud, search, chrome and Workspace. This includes validating and checking approvals, processing orders, and handling order booking, order fulfillment for partners or customers across all regions around the world using various tools and resources like vector, SAP."As part of my responsibilities, I play a crucial role in client satisfaction by addressing and resolving invoice-related disputes. I meticulously review invoices, ensuring accuracy, and if discrepancy arises, I take charge of issuing debit and credit memo through SAP to rectify the situation.Basically it was all related to invoicing and billing and also related to order management wherein I was booking the order for various other big ventures /clients for all the Google products or services like chrome, search, meet hardware.all these are Google's major service which were provided to the partners/reseller or to the direct customer and we worked for all the regions for EMEA APAC, latam. Additionally, I am tasked with making changes to bills using various tools like Billing Modification and Rebill, and generating bills on a monthly, quarterly, annual, or pay-in-full advance according to the invoicing frequencies.
