With over 13 years of comprehensive experience in Banking and Financial Services, I excel and adept at end-to-end project delivery. My background includes spearheading Digital Banking initiatives, facilitating customer onboarding through app-based account openings, default debit card issuance (in 30 secs sla) and payment processing. I've also contributed to Wealth Acceleration by refining wealth management services and enhancing customer digital journeys. Notably, worked on Integration Projects ranging from - Internal Projects, Payments processing (GPP, base24, gpay and so on), Loans, SWIFT standard releases, Bulk payments and Forex. Recognised for clear communication and translating complex requirements into actionable business workflows. Proficient in Tibco products, specialising in Enterprise Application Integration and API Gateway development, with a flexible approach to project management tailored to specific client needs. I’m truly passionate about my work and always eager to learn something new. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, I think my favourite stage of a project is working with the client or business unit leader to understand his or her business objectives.
