About Deepika Radhu

Hi, I am Deepika. A Business Analyst and Operations Manager by Profession and a Mathematician from heart. Ever since my childhood, I enjoyed mathematics as a subject and loved numbers. I earned a Bachelor’s degree in mathematics followed by a Masters in same. I started my career with eclerx services limited as a Research Analyst. I had worked in Business Analyst role in MD’s Office at TATA Teleservices and enjoyed my FP & A stint equally in TATA. I enjoyed Financial Modeling and digital automations projects and in – depth process analysis for business process optimization. I also worked at British Telecom and learnt multiple valuable lessons during my short stint at BT. However, I fell in love with operations management much later when I started working at Save the Children India. As an Operations Manager I understood the challenges associated with Buisness Process Management at Call Centers and Backend systems. I love sharing my experiences as a parent and firmly believe in mindful parenting.
