About Deepshikha Deepshikha

I am a recent graduate with an Honour Specialization in Microbiology and Immunology with Pathology from Western University. Driven by a passion for immunology and biotechnology, I am committed to making a positive impact in these fields. My primary interest lies in unravelling the complex mechanisms of human health and disease, with a career goal centred around research and innovation. I have gained valuable hands-on experience through internships in the biotechnology sector, including roles as an Operations Co-Op at CCRM and a Research Intern at Century Therapeutics, Inc. During these internships, I worked on projects involving pilot-scale bioprocessing, in-vitro experiments, flow cytometry, cell culture, data analysis, and documentation. These experiences have sharpened my skills in cross-functional teamwork, problem-solving, result presentation, and compliance with SOPs and quality standards. In addition to my practical experience, I have obtained several certifications and honors, including Occupational Health and Safety, Psychological First Aid, Standard First Aid, CPR and AED, and a place on the Dean's Honour List.
