With over 9 years of work experience in the healthcare and biotechnology sectors, I am a passionate and skilled RAQA Specialist at Stryker, a global leader in medical technology. My mission is to ensure the safety, quality, and compliance of Stryker's products and services, and to contribute to the improvement of patient outcomes and satisfaction. I have a Masters in Clinical Research and Pharmacovigilance, and a strong background in molecular biology, biochemistry, and lifesciences. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have worked with different clients, systems, and regulations in the past. In my current role at Stryker, I am responsible for conducting risk assessments, audits, and inspections, as well as developing and implementing RAQA policies and procedures. I also collaborate with cross-functional teams, internal and external stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to ensure the timely and accurate submission of regulatory documents and reports. Some of the skills that I use daily include data analysis, problem-solving, communication, and attention to detail. I am always eager to learn new things, and to share my knowledge and best practices with others. I am proud to be part of a team that strives for excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
