Hi, I'm Deepthi, a Learning and Development Coordinator looking out for new opportunities. I have a diploma in training and development from the Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD), and a master's degree in biotechnology. While working at Epsilon India, I was involved in planning and executing various training initiatives for the past four months. I have over five years of experience as a Training Coordinator at Sobha Ltd, where I analyzed the training needs of different departments, supported the team in preparing and implementing the annual training calendar, managed the L&D budget and vendors, and created training materials and presentations. I also have strong data analytics skills, which I use to generate reports, monitor nominations, collect feedback, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. I am passionate about learning new things, enhancing my professional skills, and helping others achieve their goals.
