About Deepthi Nanjappa

In my experience of over 10 years in HR domain, i have manged complete employee life cycle across various host countries on Global Career Program (Mobility Program). I have successfully handled employee orientation & Integration, Re-staffing/Relocation process, Performance management, Compensation administration, Repatriations, Exit & handling other HR queries. At present I support over employees & have won accolades from both the employees and stakeholders. Apart from my daily scope of work, I have explored various horizons in HR, a) Have been part of the HR interview panel for Campus recruitment. b) Being a certified Continuous education trainer, I have imparted learning on policies, processes and soft skills to the trainees. c) Designed policy & ensured successful execution of the same d) Have successfully completed the Global HR Academy Program conducted by the School of Industrial and Labour relations, Cornell University, in co-operation with Accenture.
