I have a distinct career graph that has been nothing less than liberating and empowering. From working as a volunteer to set up ERP systems in a hospital to now building two lifestyle and fashion brands, the journey has given me experiences that make me who I am today. In the last decade of working with some of the best global brands, I have strived to add value to each company in the form of onboarding clients or streamlining processes. I recognised the market gap in high-quality canvas, cotton and leather products in different markets including USA, UK and Europe. I began working with Nivas (Co-founder, Deniva) and Raj (CEO, Salt Earth) to create products that address such needs. Building a business has always been a dream that helps me feel secure and confident of my capabilities. In the last few years of building Salt Earth and Deniva, I have worked with some incredible people from different walks of life. Today, I’ve reached a stage where I aim to use my knowledge and experience to empower more such women. There are simple principles that I live by - being financially independent, staying grounded, and businesses or relationships require trust to flourish.
