Currently working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Randstad India Pvt Ltd, where I provide support for the enabling and business functions, namely RIGO (Randstad India Global Operations), CST (Commercial Service Team) and RS (Randstad Specialities), meeting their end-to-end hiring requirements.Prior to this role, I was an HR Executive at Carborundum Universal Ltd, where my responsibilities entailed recruitment, HR operations, time and attendance management, training coordination, and various ad hoc HR activities.My educational background includes an MBA from College of Engineering, Guindy, and an undergraduate degree in Electronics and Communication engineering. In addition to being an effective communicator with a strong focus on detail and logic, I also am creatively inclined.Outside of the workplace, I have a deep passion for music, movies, and writing reviews.
