I have a wealth of experience within childcare but my passion has always been early years pedagogy. My role as Area Manager is to ensure our curriculum is embedded by quality assurance, supporting Nursery Managers. I have determination to use my skillset to develop new and early leaders as well as driving a team to future success leading to company expansion. Within my career I have achieved good to Outstanding gradings by Ofsted and have built partnerships with other professionals to enable the best outcomes for children. I have SENCO experience and knowledge empowering inclusive settings as well as extensive safeguarding expertise at degree level which facilitates others working with children. I have a range of courses which I have completed and thrive from learning further working on my cpd Good educational leadership is understanding how your actions affect others such as administration, teachers, students and the community. They help those in the school system cope with organizational changes to create a buy in to whatever the changes may be. They exercise decisiveness by addressing issues quickly, so that problems don't fester and escalate. They need to be strong and clear communicators. Their core values are not their own desires and they are not self serving; they are practical. They put the needs of their building personnel by not piling on new mandates or changing mandates constantly. In my current role I have represented my company to the regulatory bodies, supervised and guided the setting under the company umbrella to achieve good to outstanding OFSTED grades from being inadequate and RI. Have raised the schools to a 95-100% FTE. Mentored and coached staff to progress in their careers. I am a highly devoted and enthusiastic Early Years Specialist with a vast experience in local and international environment guiding, supporting and advising parents on the placements and assessment in choicest of Nursery and Pre-Prep Schools in London.
