About Deepti Jain

Customer focused and detailed oriented UX researcher and UI designer - specializing in designs creation that affect a user’s experience when interacting with a product or system to influence the user’s behaviors and perceptions. Proficient in competitive research and heuristic analysis to identify opportunities for innovation in my capstone project. Learnt effective communication of quantitative and qualitative research findings, including synthesizing them into concise actionable recommendations and telling the user's story. Proficient in communicating user research findings with cross-functional partners to drive impact. Explored different methods to synthesize research, including affinity maps, empathy maps, personas, problem statements, and journey maps, which eventually helped me focused on the user and user requirements. Well-versed with the process of brainstorming solutions to the problem based on the research and HMW statements - further leading to write and map user stories capturing the intent of persona. I am technically sound in utilizing technologies like Sketch, Miro, Figma, and Invision. In future I would love to grab a challenging position across UX research or UI design.
