With a career spanning over 27 years, I have gained experience across various roles in automation and manufacturing, covering the entire business life cycle. I am driven by innovation in technology and sustainability, creating a positive impact on our customers and society. Throughout my journey, I have held leadership positions in P&L management, sales, strategic planning, manufacturing, and general management. These diverse roles have provided me with invaluable insights into stakeholder management and the ability to spearhead large and complex initiatives, consistently delivering strong results. I am currently leading Schneider Electric's global Industrial Controls & Drives business line, assuming this position in February 2023. I started my career with ACC Cement and then moved to ABB in holding various management positions located in India & Switzerland. My areas of expertise include: creating and implementing business strategies with flexibility and dependability, driving collaboration, building a people and customer centric culture, recruiting talent, and envisioning, aligning and executing business initiatives that create long term value.
