Hi, I’m Deergha, a purpose-driven HR professional with over 2 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, policy implementation, and transformation projects across public sector, consulting, and startup environments. I hold an MSc in Human Resource Management (CIPD accredited) from the University of Galway, where I also served as an International Student Ambassador. Most recently, I worked in Human Capital Consulting at Deloitte Ireland, supporting national clients on workforce planning, job architecture, DEI reporting, and learning strategy initiatives. My work included building enterprise-wide skills libraries, developing client-facing materials, and contributing to HR transformation proposals for global clients. I also conducted research interviews with senior leaders, including the CEO of Deloitte Ireland, for my thesis on gender equity and work-life balance in consulting. Previously, I held HR roles at KPMG and Urban Talkies, where I managed end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, HRIS processes, and compliance. I bring hands-on experience with HR systems such as Workday and ORC, and a solid foundation in Irish employment law, GDPR, and performance management practices. Outside of work, I am a classically trained Bharatanatyam dancer and avid photographer. I have covered major cultural events, led student organisations, and remain passionate about community building, storytelling, and inclusive leadership.
