About Deesha Patel

I serve as the Director of Corporate & Investor Relations in which I oversee Paragon’s team member loyalty strategies as the safeguard for compensation plans, benefits administration, risk management, management development, recruiting and training strategies. My passion for helping others achieve the highest levels of service excellence via various training initiatives has led Paragon to live and breathe an associate-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement and high performance standards. I continually monitors property-level safety and security initiatives in order to ensure all hotels maintain a safe and secure environment for both associates and guests alike. I also keeps loyal ties with Paragon’s investors and partners, providing them accurate and punctual reporting. I am a graduate from the University of North Carolina Charlotte with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and has extensive training in the hospitality field. As a member of the hospitality industry for many years, I am actively involved in various hotel associations. I continue to maintain a stable work environment and fostering the strengths and efforts of each associate and key areas on which I focus on a daily basis. My husband and I reside in Greenville, SC and enjoy spending time with our two children, yoga, and Greenville’s beautiful downtown. I believe in the simple art of yoga and how it can cultivate relaxation, tranquility and physical well-being of both the mind and body.
