About Deidra Dee Duncan

I have been with The Walt Disney Company for 30+ years. I have worked all manner of retail within the company, on and off property. I have food and beverage management experience both inside and outside of the company. While at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, I was on the planning team that organized Star Wars Weekends and celebrity signing events. At Epcot, I partnered with Events and Twining’s Tea to plan Tea Tours for the yearly Flower & Garden Festivals. With Leased Retail locations, I was the liaison between the area, Project Management and Facilities Asset Management, assisting with multiple shop projects. I was a member of the Park Support team supporting MyMagic+ roll out initiatives for a year. I have worked in the Walt Disney World Water Parks where I managed merchandise and recreation cast as they assisted guests in the shops and in Premium Rental Spaces. I also coordinated shop sets and product placement, as well as merchandise labor workload distribution at the ESPN Sports Complex for a Marathon season. I was recently the Receiving Mgr. for one of the off-site Liquidation stores, noticeably increasing inventory and productivity. My current home is the Walt Disney World Store located on International Drive.
