As a proactive and results-oriented Business Analyst, I excel at bridging the gap between data, technology, and business strategy. With two years experience in global technology environments, I specialise in delivering actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and enhance operational efficiency. Currently, I work at Accenture Technology, where I’ve developed expertise in project management, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement. In my role as Junior Bid Manager for Health and Public Services Clients I manage end to end bid co-ordination for public sector clients, ensuring high quality, timely and compliant submissions, collaborating with cross functional teams and winning business for the company. In my previous role as a PMO Analyst for an automotive technology client, I oversee the tracking and reporting of key performance indicators, ensure the timely achievement of project milestones, and optimise back-end operations. My earlier role as a Data Analyst allowed me to lead on requirement gathering, dashboard creation, and streamlining data workflows to improve integration and efficiency. 🤝 Prior to my move into the tech sector, I built a strong foundation in client relationship management and project delivery. As a Senior Programme Executive at Conference Partners International, I managed large-scale conferences, working closely with clients and stakeholders to design and execute seamless events. This role enhanced my skills in cross-functional coordination, meticulous planning, and delivering results under pressure. I hold a First-Class Honours Higher Diploma in Data Analytics, complementing my BSc in Health and Physical Activity. This combination of technical expertise and an understanding of people-centred challenges equips me with a unique ability to approach problems holistically and deliver tailored solutions. Outside of work, I’m passionate about travel, most recently completing a 3 month trip around South East Asia, Australia and New Zealand! I love to cook and reading and exercise are my tonic after a stressful day. I’m also committed to promoting wellness and inclusion, having led health and wellbeing initiatives during my time at Swim Ireland.'
