I'm a dedicated organiser, sorter, helper, brainstormer, and team player. I like to work with people and value people who like to work with me too to get stuff done - no hierarchies, no egos, no one-upmanship. Whether this lends to a Project Manager, Programme Manager, Business Development Manager title, I'm good with that. I fit many boxes and no boxes. I am the Business Operations Manager at The Compliance group currently. I enjoy working with a diverse group of people with backgrounds in the Pharma industry, and totally different to my previous experience. I find that whatever your previous roles or industry, you can apply the knowledge, skills, including soft skills, you gained to a new role in a different industry. Previously, an experienced Senior Project Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the e-learning, Banking and software development industries. Skilled in Business Process, Requirements Analysis, Agile Methodologies, IT Strategy, and Quality Assurance. Strong project management professional with a Associate of Science (AS) focused in Computer Science from Dublin Institute of Technology. I took out some time from my career in 2016 to enjoy life as a designer of DIY wooden activities for children and gift heart trees for any occasion. Owner of Flutter Tree. Creator of Flutterwood Village craft kits for children to collect, colour, decorate and assemble.
