As Manager of Professional Affairs at Northwestern Medicine, I partner with faculty and clinical leaders to streamline appointments, promotions, and operations—removing obstacles so they can focus on delivering exceptional patient care. With a BASc in Health Information Management from the University of Illinois at Chicago and experience at Advocate Aurora Health and Northwestern Medicine, I bring a strong foundation in process improvement, healthcare documentation, and clinician support. Currently pursuing my Master of Science in Healthcare Administration at Northwestern University, I am focused on growing as a leader who drives operational efficiency, fosters collaboration, and elevates both the patient and provider experience. My goal is to build systems that improve workflows, reduce administrative barriers, and create a more sustainable, human-centered healthcare environment.
