Product and Business Development Expert with all-round experience in product development, starting from early product requirement analysis up to full product release, feedback gathering, product improvement, maintenance and support. I have started my professional career by learning to work with international clients and colleagues (summer work in the USA), later I gained experience in promoting and selling both B2B and B2C at Kmoto.lt. After that, I have started two of the most important journeys of my life: • As I was always a patriotic and loving person, ready to defend my family, friends and country, I have volunteered in joining an active reserve military of Lithuania “Krašto apsaugos savanorių pajėgos”. I have already more than 7 years of military experience where I gained top-tier teamwork, team management, and self-confidence skills. • In parallel, I have started another journey of my life – jumped into the great ride at Ruptela – a company that unites top tier international transport telematics, GPS tracking and fleet management professionals! o As I had technical background from my “Modern technology physics and management” bachelor’s degree, I have stared from technical support specialist position, where I learned about the products, their lifecycles, support and gathered lots of feedback on our company and products, as well as basics of working in LEAN and AGILE environments. o After that, I got invited to RnD department as a Business analyst, where I gained the main experience on gathering client needs, writing technical user stories and frameworks, specifications of products etc. o Once I was good at describing client needs, I became a Product Owner, where I was responsible for the whole development process of our products. I enjoyed brainstorming with my development team on how we can make our products even better, how can we do it faster and more efficient. Loved to be a core team player! o And finally, I was invited to join Business Development unit as a Product manager, which is my current position at Ruptela. I love to use my previous technical and product owning experience to describe, promote and help selling our products. I love to get in touch with our clients, our sales teams, development teams and hear their voice and needs. And finally, the thing that I love the most is to be involved into important business decisions and contribute 120% to Ruptela’s Hardware business performance during these challenging times!
