About Deividas Radys

I began my studies at "Kauno Informacinių Technologijų" Professional School, where I earned a qualification as a Computer Equipment Operator. After completing my education, I initially explored various job opportunities, as I sought a role aligned with my training. I started my career at Lidl, and later received an opportunity to join the "Atrask Save" project, where I gained three months of experience in my field. Following this, I moved to "UAB Kesko Senuku Logistic Center" to further develop my skills. While there, I remained open to new opportunities and eventually joined Kitron, an electronics manufacturing company. Over the course of two years and seven months, I transitioned to the automotive industry, where I started as an Operator. Due to my commitment to continuous improvement and effective teamwork, I was promoted to Line Leader after just four months. In this role, I successfully managed a team of 24 operators and 12 production lines in SMT (Surface Mount Technology). Subsequently, I was offered the chance to pursue a position as a Quality Technician, a role that piqued my interest. After three months, I advanced to the position of Quality Technician Plus, which is my current role at Continental.
