At RXO, Inc, I'm entrusted with managing the I9 process and handling adjudication, a segment I've been passionate about since our startup's exciting inception after breaking off from XPO Logistics in 2022. It's been an incredible journey delving deep into the logistics realm while ensuring our company stays in compliance and opening doors for others to seize new job opportunities. Every day brings fresh insights and skills, and I thrive on the continuous learning and growth this role offers. I'm also proud to serve as co-chair of RXO’s Black Professionals Group, working to foster an inclusive environment and support the growth of Black professionals within our company. But this isn't my first rodeo in the realm of empowering others. I'm deeply committed to assisting those who often go unnoticed due to lack of skills or education. With an enthusiastic spirit and a love for tackling challenges as part of a dynamic team, I approach each day with the same vigor that drove me as an athlete. Beyond navigating compliance matters, you'll find me actively engaged in serving my community through church involvement, staying active with workouts, or mentoring the next generation of college students to help them secure meaningful employment opportunities.
